What exactly is OpsPilot?
OpsPilot is a digital team member that handles the operational side of your business — admin, follow-ups, scheduling, reports, documents and communication. Think of it as an office manager that works around the clock, costs a fraction of a hire, and never needs a day off.
Is this software I have to learn?
Not really. OpsPilot is set up and configured for you by our team. You talk to it in plain English, like messaging a colleague. There is no dashboard to master and no training course to complete.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. Our clients range from people who barely use email to people who run everything from their phone. We set it up, we train you, and we are there if you get stuck. That is what the setup fee covers.
Can OpsPilot manage my Facebook and Instagram advertising?
Yes, if you choose to connect your advertising account. You authorise access on Meta's own website and pick which ad accounts to share — you never give us your password. OpsPilot then reads your advertising performance so it can report on it in plain English, and it can prepare draft campaigns for you. Every campaign, ad set and ad it creates is created paused. It cannot switch an advertisement on, cannot change the budget of a live advertisement, and cannot cause you to spend money. A person at your business reviews and approves. You can disconnect at any time.
Will it replace my existing software?
No. OpsPilot works alongside the tools you already use — email, calendars, spreadsheets and most common business platforms. Your existing systems stay the system of record. OpsPilot is the team member who actually uses them and acts on the data.
Where is my data stored?
In Australian data centres in Sydney. Your data does not leave the country. We use enterprise-grade encryption in transit and at rest, and every client's data is completely isolated from every other client's.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. If OpsPilot is doing its job you will not want to leave, and if it is not, you should not be forced to stay. If you cancel we export your data for you.
Will it send strange messages to my customers?
No. OpsPilot is configured with your voice and your approval process during setup. For anything sensitive you can set it to draft messages for your review before they are sent. You are always in control, and any automation can be paused or switched off.
How long does setup take?
Around 2 to 4 hours of your time in total: a 30-minute discovery call, configuration done by us, and a 30 to 45 minute training session. Most clients are up and running within a week.
