23 Oceans
23 Oceans supply labour hire and construction contractors across New South Wales. Their site ran on a proprietary builder while their email ran on a separate cPanel account with the same provider. We moved both onto managed hosting in a single coordinated cutover.

The Challenge
Two systems on one domain is what makes this harder than it looks. The website and the mailboxes are addressed by different DNS records but share a single domain, so moving them independently means a window where mail is delivered to a server nobody is reading. For a labour-hire business, the messages arriving in that window are job enquiries and worker availability — the business itself.
Our Solution
We captured the builder-rendered site as a portable static build and copied the mailboxes with their existing contents rather than starting them empty at the new host. The cutover was sequenced deliberately: site records first and verified, mail records last, so at no point were messages being delivered somewhere unattended. The old account stayed live through a hold period as a fallback rather than being cancelled at cutover.
The Results
Site and mail now run under one managed arrangement, with the site portable as plain files instead of locked to a builder. No enquiries were lost in the move, and existing mail history came across intact.
