TIV Holdings
TIV Holdings operate in cloud security and managed IT services. Their site was a static build with a small PHP handler behind its contact form, hosted with a third-party provider alongside the company's mailboxes. We consolidated all three onto managed hosting.

The Challenge
A static site is trivial to move; the two things attached to it are not. The contact form ran through a server-side PHP handler that would silently stop working if the destination host's configuration differed, and the mailboxes lived with the same provider. A form that fails after a migration fails quietly — enquiries simply stop arriving, and nothing reports an error.
Our Solution
We captured the site files, the contact handler and the mailbox contents together as one backup set. After restoring to the destination host, the contact form was tested end to end — submitted and confirmed delivered — rather than assumed working because the page loaded. Mail records were cut over last, after the site had been verified serving from its new home.
The Results
Site, contact form and mail all run under one managed arrangement with a complete backup on record. The contact path was confirmed working after cutover rather than discovered broken later.
